What started as a bold idea shared between two passionate professionals has evolved into a thriving company with a global footprint, a dedicated team, and a reputation for fast, reliable, and forward-thinking Dynamics 365 team.
Back in 2015, Systema Solutions was founded with a simple yet powerful belief: Microsoft Dynamics customers deserve better. The founders saw a gap in the industry, a need for more responsive service, a deeper understanding of client needs, and a partner who would treat each customer like more than just another ticket. Armed with determination, deep technical expertise and one client who believed in us, we set out to change the game.
Our key milestones over the decade
Here are some highlights defining Systema Solutions’ first decade in the industry.
Systema Solutions was founded in 2015 by two professionals, armed with a vision to elevate Microsoft Dynamics customer experience through fast, expert support.
We expanded with five contractors and two full-time employees to meet growing demand, laying the foundation for our service-first culture.
We expanded our product portfolio – from offering Dynamics NAV to Business Central and now Dynamics 365 Sales, Finance & Operations, and Power BI.
Systema365 Philippines was launched in 2024, extending our global reach and allowing 24/7 support for a growing international client base.
What began in Alberta now serves businesses across North America and beyond, supported by a growing network of partners and clients.
Today, we have a team of over 30 employees and still actively hiring across multiple roles as we scale our operations to meet evolving client needs.
